The Daily Treatment Tracker That Keeps Me Focused on $2M Production

READ TIME – 2 MINUTES

Hey guys,

I started tracking my days again—and every time I do this, I’m reminded how powerful awareness really is.

I use a Daily Treatment Tracker (See Example) that I print every morning. I’ve modified it recently to make it easier and faster to use. Instead of long notes, I now track:

  • Visit level (Level 3, Level 4)
  • Patient age
  • Brief notes
  • Simple checkboxes for:
  • Orthotics
  • Imaging
  • DME
  • Procedures
  • Follow-ups

At the end of the day, I can instantly see:

  • How many procedures I did
  • How many orthotics were prescribed
  • How much DME went out
  • Where my production actually came from

It removes the guesswork.

If you want this tracker, it’s inside the Million Dollar Practice Blueprint. The download links live in my Google Drive, and you’re welcome to use or modify it.

What this tracking showed me

When I review my days, patterns jump out:

  • Shockwave follow-ups add up quickly
  • Orthotics paired with tendon pathology convert well
  • Small procedures (nail work, flexor tenotomies, debridements) quietly move the needle

And just as important—it shows me where my time leaks are. Repeated free orthotic adjustments? That’s a systems issue, not a patient issue.

I now push early orthotic tweaks to MA visits, and I’ll step in briefly if needed—without clogging my schedule or charging the patient.

Tracking doesn’t judge you. It just tells the truth.
