Background

 

Before building online businesses, I spent a decade at Mercedes-Benz as General Manager of a Sydney dealership network. I left the corporate world in 2008 to build my own businesses full-time.

I founded multiple seven-figure online businesses including VisionFind. I published Work Less, Make More — a book about building a profitable business without burning out.

Today I surf most mornings, work 10-15 hours per week, and my business operates independently. I mentor a small group of established founders through my Mentor program.

2005
I registered my first domain name.
2006
After hours, I taught myself how to build a website and started selling website-building software as an affiliate.
2007
I was still the General Manager of a large Sydney Mercedes-Benz dealership during the day. By night I began to sell the XSP cheat sheet to help other website owners rank well with SEO and make more sales. I hired my first support person and an article writer.
2008
I quit my full-time job to run my own online business. Built a digital agency and generated $1M+ annually.
2009
Started podcasting, running live events, and launched a membership training 3000+ members.
2010
Launched SilverCircle and scaled to 65 team members. Business exceeded $2M revenue.
2011
Created and sold 2500 copies of TrafficGrab.
2012
Published “Own The Racecourse” concept.

First Hawaii retreat and learned to surf.

The Schramko Name

The Schramko family name can be traced back to 1622, when Paulus Sranko was granted Letters Patent of Nobility by King Ferdinand II of Hungary. The name evolved through Sranko, Sramko, and Schramko over four centuries. The coat of arms shown here was granted in that original royal decree.
